"...culture is one of the most important things because at the end of the day, people are the business and without the people you don't get the strategy."

Attend this event for your chance to win a ticket to Dr. Stephen R Covey's 'The 8th Habit of Leadership Tour' (valued at $599)!

MODAL is pleased to invite you to join us for Breakfast with CEO of Joondalup Health Campus, Kempton Cowan.Kempton has driven the $400 million redevelopment of Joondalup Health Campus from its inception in 2002 to date. Kempton will be sharing his insights on the complexities, processes and challenges of Leading Cultural Change.

Strategy starts at the top…as does the culture required to execute the strategy. People emulate, replicate, and follow leaders – their influence is palpable. Not only does every word spoken, action taken and decision made set the culture; so does every word not spoken, action not taken and decision not made.

Being a role model for change is the first key ingredient to creating a high performance culture. This is one of the most confronting challenges a leader will face.

Kempton has developed a very successful business, of which cultural change has been an important component. In this talk he will share in his own down to earth style, the highs and bruises he has experienced in his development as a successful leader.

Who should attend?

This session is for CEO's, Senior Managers and HR professionals tasked with managing and leading cultural change.
